I am stunned to learn that the Prophet’s prohibition of Ali Marrying a second wife was not because he did not want him to but because he intended to marry the daughter of Abu Lahab, an enemy of Islam.

And he did not want his daughter faced with troubles from such a union.

May Allah forgive Muslim feminists who are distorting the narratives of this beautiful religion.
