Ugh, I don’t mind purple prose THAT much, but it’s game over when this basically copied and pasted monstrosity appears in the guys chapter after knowing the girl for three and a half seconds: “I could see in her eyes that she is strong, but broken. For some reason, I wanted to be the one to take her broken pieces, and put them back together again.” No one thinks that way STOP
