Phew! I am finally onto the First Steps 1934-37. I'm glad to be getting onto the rising action, despite my enjoyment of Shirer's depiction of life in the Third Reich, the odd personalities that comprised the Third Reich's upper strata, ect. My trek through this mountain of text will resume tomorrow!
