i've gotten used to the clumsy characterisations of this series and the last, but i am still a bit disappointed that diego isn't more like taylor. i feel like none of these fated mates are really well matched, more like a mean to include hot sex in a very vague plot.

luckily, it does get better as it goes. we're miles from the initial series already.
