I read about how the Emperor took over the senate and how the imperial officials felt about it. I read about Luke talking to his friend about their future. I like the book so far and am happy that it i somewhat different than the movie.

Today I read about the uninvited boarding and commandeering of a ship. Soldiers ransacked the ship looking for unknown plans. While looking through the ship the soldiers found a high ranking person and captured her. During that time two droids containing the plans escaped the ship using escape pods. I am enjoying the book so far and am excited to see how close it is to the movie.
