This was not my favorite of this series. It was darker and sadder then the others. It also went back in history a lot. Which I know was necessary at times but part of me thought what information Vale was trying to give information about the past had already been talked about in previous books. I wanted move forward past the bad things Livi went through. I did love the connection and love between Niall and Olivia.
