8/2/2020 - Roasted Tomato Risotto p109
Enjoyed this, but kids thought it was a bit too tomato-ey. Didn't make the chicken meatballs, which I think would have made it a bit more enticing for the little people.
10/2/2020 - That's Some Satay Curry p106
Delicious! Oldest kid proclaimed it a new favourite within two bites. Middle kid enjoyed it, as did youngest, though sadly he dodged every veggie. Still, it's a keeper.
