The BBC did an excellent drama of this , have just checked and can you believe it was the year 2000?

It is a beautiful, colourful edition and a lovely present from my children. Ha! The years fly, don't they. I am enjoying it very much Mary and knowing the story already is not hampering my reading experience. It's another classic I have been meaning to read for too long.
