Beet soup with spinach pesto - delicious!
Roasted new potatoes- tastes like roasted potatoes. They did seem to roast better with her technique.
Lemon corn cookies - really good but I burnt a lot of them. Only needs to bake about 8 minutes.

Apple sugar tart - giid, interesting
Lentil croquettes - I mixed the flour into the lentils to get it to hold together. Very goid. Nice, crispy crust.
