I find this book to be about business strategy/psychology.

It provides a sort of road map of how to build a highly successful team. It does this by analyzing several highly successful teams and their managers.

It is a quick and easy read. It has good points very much worth noting and implementing.

i believe the manager that suggests their team read this book is complementary. They believe and trust their team.
