First, I've really got to put a word in for the cover illustration and design. The spitting image of an '80s VHS tape (like, I'm pretty sure the original Fright Night has a tape jacket illustration that's a dead ringer for this cover), complete with wear and tear, video rental shop stickers, and photographic "screencaps" on the back. If nothing else, this book is an incredibly clever object.
