Meh story. I love the retelling of Cinderella. Infact, i have read many many retelling of Cinderella's story; yes, some were cheesy, but I love them. This one...I wouldn't even say its a retelling. It uses the step sisters and step mother idea, the father died, she feels like a slave but the story around those Cinderella aspects are just ok. Im at 50% & it feels like a speed through novella.
