Right now up to Chapter 8, "The Great Impersonation" (here and in the separately-purchased copy of same.)
pagination in this one makes more sense - 114 pages for the separate version of The Great Impersonation seems a bit squished; can well believe it would have reached page 66 by now rather than page 33. Maybe it's a question of size of type, maybe in the pulp original that was accurate...
