Some of it is interesting and insightful, but it lost my respect when it told me god is with me and is struggling to regain it. Religion is a personal choice so I find all the religious crap deterring and think it distracts from the real problem which is the severity of eating disorders in today's culture. It would read better as a biography but is written like an ill-conceived self help book.
