On the subway, the man next to me asks, "What are you reading? I was looking over your shoulder, and it looks very interesting." I tell him it's a memoir. I tell him more about it. "Oh. I don't think I need that in my life right now." I tell him it wasn't at all what I was looking for, but since it made its way to me, I'm thrilled to be reading it.
