Yes, maybe you should give it a try. There are many Nancy Drew series. So far I've read some of the Nancy Drew Files books and liked them a lot (and some of the books for younger readers). When I was young we didn't have Nancy Drew over here, but I loved "Die drei ???" which is a German version of "The Three Investigators". There are more than 200 books in the series now and I still love it. I also like the Fear Street / Nightmare Hall books. I really enjoy YA mysteries and I'm slowly working my way through the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys series etc.
