Hm. Borrowed this from the library as an ebook. Book was automatically returned on the due date as is usual for ebooks. Went to borrow it again, as I am only half finished. Book is apparently no longer available, not owned by the library anymore. Um. Okay. Guess this is another book I won't be finishing anytime soon.
