Excellent book. Who knew that learning about Ireland's "Troubles" could be so enthralling.

There are several uses of the F word and other profanities. They were used in context when quoting people's actual words. I'm generally quite sensitive to bad language in books but wasn't put off by the intermittent bad language in this book.
