I’m mostly interested in the second chapter on pre-Columbian indigenous women. The 15-page chapter is chock full of sweeping generalizations and unsubstantiated statements related to “all indigenous groups.” However, the author only discusses Mayan, Aztec, and Inca societies, leaving out the Caribbean and Northeastern (Orinoco) tribes. There are only 4 citations for the entire chapter.
