The fifth question "how can I help?" focuses on letting them tell you what to do, and getting more to the point.
The sixth question "if you're saying Yes to this, what are you saying No to?" is kind of complicated, but I see the point. Brings people into knowing what they're giving up.
The seventh question "what was most useful for you?" makes the most sense: repetition, repetition, repetition!

"Stop giving advice that ends with ?" - Wow! This book is really drilling me into not giving advice! I'm liking it because, so far, all the questions in the book are based on that principle.
The fourth question "what's the real challenge here for you?" brings up the personal touch. Adding "for you" on any question is important.
The fifth question "what do you want?" focuses on getting to the outcome. Need vs want.

The trigger identification, the old habit detection, and the new habit replacement make sense. I've already tried it.
The first question "what's on your mind?" has a nice psychological effect.
The second question "and what else?" expands opportunity.
The one thing that really has struck me in a *negative * way for me, is the realization that my help isn't really helping, but only creating dependency.
I've felt it now
