In chapter 7 Jarvis offers the best definition I've found of what 'lifelong learning' is: "The combination of processes throughout a lifetime whereby the whole person -- body and mind --experiences social situations, the perceived content of which is then transformed cognitively, emotively or practically and integrated into the individual person's biography resulting in a continually changing person."

Muy interesante. La pregunta general que se pregunta el autor es ÂżQuĂ© es el aprendizaje? Y explora los aspectos metafĂsicos, epistemolĂłgicos y psicolĂłgicos que subyacen a esa exploraciĂłn, con perspectivas fenomenolĂłgicas, nominalistas y una psicologĂa eclĂ©ctica, correspondientemente con esas ciencias.Lo interesante es que toma una perspectiva desde el individualismo metodolĂłgico del proceso de aprendizaje del ser humano en la sociedad y el rol crucial que la cultura tiene en todo ello.
Esto es parte de un curso mĂo, asĂ que conforme avance mi curso tendrĂ© más que decir sobre Ă©l.
