I’m worried sick about elderly relatives and,without getting too political-the UK government haven’t inspired much confidence(for me)

Same. It's really hard to de-stress at the moment.
Yeah... I am only reading my golden oldies and they don't even give me the comfort I normally get from them... So stressed out!! Stay safe my friend ;) <3

I am still going in to work here in Ohio, USA. Overwhelmed is a good descriptor. Do your best to keep yourselves safe and destress! Last week i did a lousy job of that, this week I'm taking charge of my mental health, also important. 🦋

Yes, I agree. The whole situation sucks at your brain. I find it harder to read and to concentrate. And the worst is yet to come.
