Oh gosh, this is not nearly as fluffy as the first book. Eek... :( I know it'll have a happy ending, but yikes.

Um, I don't remember how this one went (even though I read it!!! amnesia is worrying) but in general, Cat Sebastian makes such good comfort reads

Yeah, it's just Hartley's anxieties wring my heart a liiiittle too much, even though they're taking good care of each other (mostly).
As a pretty sensitive reader, I feel that. Tamara Allen also writes good historical m/m romance, speaking of MCs that take good care of each other - okay, The Only Gold aside, that one was painful in the first half. Downtime and Invitation to the Dance are pretty angst-free.
