Almost done with bakery section. Learned something that'd been driving me nuts since I was a kid - why were the weird muffins our grandparents used to get us called "panque de Jamaica"? What did Jamaica have to do with anything? And what was with the name, that sounded like pancake? Finally learned the answers to all that.
