I loved all the tiny pieces of this story, even the less credible ones. I enjoyed all the familiar rolls and drifts of a well known universal story. The searing rejection overcome, the vivid, mysterious and complex ecology of the landscape. It’s a beautiful story. Read it in your pjs in one day.
