I had to return the ebook to the library. I'm not sure if I'll check it out again. Interesting information, but some of the cases he chose to illustrate are hard to defend. Brock Turner, really? I'm pretty sure there are cases that would better demonstrate actual communication problems and not just be the defense of a rapist.
