Enjoying the way that all the characters interlink. Also, I am enjoying the way that Van Helsing is written.

Getting interesting. I like the mentioning of the insane asylum and the homicidal maniac. Didn’t know about that before when told the story of Dracula.

Bram Stoker has now changed the character’s view to many other characters but mainly ‘Mina’ who is the main character’s (Johnathon) fiancé. I feel that the change in perspective helps give a rounded view of the story.

Although I am a twenty year old in the twenty first century, I have found it at times to make my heart rate increase. I think Stoker has really hit the nail on the head when it comes to writing a thrilling gothic novel.

Enjoying the novel so far. I like the way Bram Stoker has written it in the form of a diary/journal.
