Absolutely excellent so far. Have you read any of Levin's other work? Definitely George Saunders qualities to it but also with a sort of hyper active, almost compulsive empathetic sensibility, trying to examine all aspects of human motivation and behavior. I think of David Foster Wallace as having spiritual similarities, as well.

I haven't read any of his work yet, but this sounds intriguing. Definitely sounds like shades of Saunders and DFW. And a few other things while reading the preview, which I forget now...
