Do you like this? I found it sorta depressing. I read it awhile ago, but it seemed like he only 'approved' of the artistic, guy-painting-oak-tree job. I think it's more complex.

I thought he had some interesting observations. For instance about specialization and how many slices you can cut a job into before it's no longer meaningful. He did seem in love with the tree painting guy. I found he got a little off-topic as the book proceeded.
