I had high hopes for this book, but tbh the characters seem embarrassed by each other, to the extent that they are stashing each other. Cute in Regency or Victorian times perhaps, but I have been treated this way by guys and it SUCKS. I feel like a gawker at a train wreck

This book actually makes me envious of ppl who get their jollies from balloons. It’s that dreadful. I’m hoping that “Riley Hunter” will cause something suspenseful to happen, because I am not digging the fwbs on the down low stuff. Not romantic. :(
