From girl chasing in Lima, to a treacherous crossing of the Andes, this is an interesting and informative book, though painting a much different picture of Chile’s occupation of Peru in the 1880s than that painted by Isabel Allende in her novel Portrait in Sepia.

Fun story line so far - though slow going, having to translate from Spanish - with some archaic spelling and accent placement.
