Me, three days ago, before starting a much needed re-reading: Well the only thing I remember is that I found repulsive ALL of the characters. But surely it must have been the biased opinion of old teenager me being too much into Mr Rochester and Jane Eyre.

I'm getting so angry at this book.
From one point of view the structure and the style are GREAT, I see Bram Stoker reading it and taking notes.
From the other point of view I think that everybody who liked Cathy's ending should not have the right to complain or grumble or just talk about Padmè Amidala in Revenge of the Sith (Star Wars).
Also Heathcliff should die very slowly and painfully.
