Notes:
(1) There's a crossover arc in this. On the positive side, unlike other crossovers I've read in series volumes, this one's actually complete! On the negative side, the "Green Lantern" portions are the aftermath of some eventful story I can't make heads or tails of.
(2) Supergirl as a rage monster's a stretch. She just like to punch things.

Notes:
(1) You can really see a difference in quality with the authors of this crossover. Tony Bedard's his usual bland, mediocre self. Robert Venditti's too stuck in Green Lantern minutiae to tell if he's good or not. Charles Soule, I have a lot of time for. If my plate weren't already full, I might actually be interested to read "Red Lanterns."

I'm kinda pissed off right now. I sent an e-mail to Goodreads support, outlining an issue with the site. Days later, I get a reply: a copy-and-paste answer to a question I did not ask. In other words, this reply did not address the problem I had, but a problem they wish I had. What's the point of a user support e-mail when e-mails won't be read!!

Notes:
(1) I really hate New 52 Lobo. I hate that he looks and speaks like a "True Blood" reject, I hate that his catchphrase is "Sorry, not sorry," I hate everything about him.
(2) I have a few blind spots when it comes to DC Comics. One of them is "Green Lantern." I know the general bullet points, but Red Lantern lore is too deep a dive for me.

Notes:
(1) It's hard to get excited about a Tony Bedard book. He's DC Comics' resident substitute teacher, one of those capable but ordinary writers put on a title to hold down the fort while a new creative team's assembled.
(2) Emanuela Lupacchino, on the other hand, I have a lot of time for. Shame she's only one of over a dozen artists on this.
