I first purchased this book on March 15, 2019. After four drawn-out attempts at customer service (them: your email is incorrect (periods aren’t distinctive, people!); me: can you give me a tracking number to report to my mail distribution center? (nope)) and 13.5 months it’s finally here - and it is beautiful!
