not liking the "we're all a little adhd now days" sentence though. If you have adhd you know that's not true. I get that the author doesn't mean harm by it, but I just don't like it. If you don't know about/someone or have it yourself I could see why saying it wouldn't seem like a big deal but..its just..ADHD is very serious condition that few take seriously, so that's a little of why it seems cringe to me

its ok. kinda repetitive. I guess that helps you memorize it better but still, its not great to me. A lot of anecdotal evidence in the writing itself, I'll have to check out the sources in the back when I get time.

i get the liberal vibe from this book, but then again I get that from the college i'm attending. I don't really feel like I'm learning much.... as for the book, it seems somewhat helpful so far. its emphasizing different types of haters. mentioning twitter creating an algorithm to block people BEFORE they send hate is cringe. this chapter solidified the fact that I think social media is absolute garbage for society

I do like that they have extra content, and there is some good information in here. There are just a lot of anecdotal claims/stories, and I feel the chapter could have better, more practical advice instead of trying to convince me I should reply to my hater customers (I kindof already agree with it, I don't need to be convinced!)

reading for my class, not much super helpful, just repetitive and somewhat straight forward advice and advice for customer .Some is helpful and new, but most is somewhat straight forward.the author presents the case with studies.I want to look them up from the works cited, but don't know if I'll get to that.skeptical of the book because my college and teachers are extra liberal and only link to liberal articles
