I had a great time reading this, recalling Nguyen in his twenties, being my dad's learner.
He would sneak out sitting with me listen to songs playing in mTV (quite popular back then). We used to fight all day. Mostly because he mocked me.
I met him last mouth, after long time losing touch. Mocking me again and I felf as if we had never been apart. Lucky for me to have that kind of friendship.
