It was very nice to know the process of death that Gita shows.
As my Ramadan fasts are ongoing, these fasts are for the God in me, for the spiritual self. I had the same notion always, though now it feels greatly supported! Selfless as one should be. lately I had an emergence of very very strong sensual desires, I have lost them now.

the content of the mind at the hour of death directs the soul in its journey to rebirth. Thus the mind influences the evolution of the soul as it moves into the next life. Whatever a person thinks about in life – his or her deepest motivations – are likely to be the last thoughts at the time of death. a continuity between this life and the next, all
the baggage of desire and motivation goes right with the soul.

When meditation becomes very deep, breathing becomes slow, steady, and even, and the windows of the senses close to all outward sensations. Next the faculties of the mind quiet down, resting from their usually frantic activity; even the primal emotions of desire, fear, and anger subside. When all these sensory and emotional tides have ceased to flow, then the spirit is free, mukta – at least for the time being.

We consistently look at the ideal that we have set in our minds and even as we grow so does our ideal. We never feel “enough” and often get distracted, change course, or give up all together.At times healthy reflection is needed, inspecting the hole we have dug ourselves out of. with reflection comes revelation, we understand that we had to experience things to gain the current understanding that we now possess.

so far -
the didantic voice that comes from Gita has got inside me in form of a pump that automaticcaly releases any egoistic locked gases.
in the 3D world, play of ego takes you through your life trajectory giving a unique flow, experience, learning. To introspect on self as self reacts to anything is always instruemental, which shade of ego is resting and which one has gone spinning!

Most important, I grasped one of the most refreshing ideas in Hindu mysticism: original goodness. Since the Self is the core of every personality, no one needs to acquire goodness or compassion; they are already there. All that is necessary is to remove the selfish habits that hide them.
