ok i'm beginning to be annoyed because the author wants me to believe marianne and connell are soulmates so bad but all they do is have sex, drift apart, meet up again, have sex, drift apart and over and over and over again in a neverending cicle of boredom, with no actual reason to why these characters love each other so much
