We started a sourdough starter using instructions from King Arthur Flour’s website. We successfully made our first loaf and then stuck the starter in the refrigerator and forgot about it for a week or so. We realized we didn’t know what we were really doing so I ordered this book for my Kindle to give it a go and learn some more about this process 🍞🥳
