Soma went to take school exam, and the theme is egg. So Soma need to use egg to make dishes. He make transforming furikake, I think it was delicious, I want to try. He fail the test because he make fun of his examiner, Erina. I think later, there would be a twist, because he is the main character of the book. If it just end, the book would have nothing to write.

Kuruse has always been paying attention to Soma, because Soma knows a lot of things, so she thinks Soma is very amazing. She hoped she could go to the same school as Soma, but she was not good at cooking, so she couldn't go. When she tried Soma's latest food, she actually found it delicious, but Soma's father cooked better, so Soma's father won the game.

Although Soma failed the test because of some problems, the principal still allowed Soma to enroll. On the first day of school, teacher gave students a test, that is, the two teamed up to cook. Soma's team member is the bottom student of the exam, Megumi. Megumi was worried that she would not pass the test.

Soma's Father went to other countries to cook for other people. The restaurant just left Soma, so his father close the restaurant. Soma's father want Soma go in the no.1 culinary school. If he didn't get in then he can't go home, but if he did and become the no.1 in the school then they can have a battle. I think Soma would met lots of people and be friend with them.
