Well, it seems to me that the book does not provide what I expected of it yet. The book delves into general concepts in parametric patterns. I have so far completed the first three chapters: controllers, force field, repetition.
Following the tutorials was a little confusing, but the practical examples and explanations about some architectural projects were good.

I do not count much on the languages in which the author explains as I will later use Grasshopper with the Rhino 3D program.
I am still interested in completing the book to gain a deeper understanding of the parametric design process, leaving practical applications until the end and selecting what suits me and what I see useful for the path I take.

With little knowledge of programming principles and computer science, it was a good start and a proper introduction to the common concepts between parametric design and programming. Even though I spent extra time understanding some terms. I think it will be little tough for people with no coding experience at all.
