M. Blanc's passion for food and his business. An interesting read.

Okay, so M. Blanc spends four pages describing how to make proper French Onion Soup. But it's a reverting read; his passion for the art and craft of cooking shines out from the pages.

An extremely readable memoir from M. Blanc. His personality shines through as does his love of life and cooking. I've been reading it as a lunchtime treat and it's going down very well.
