The first time you read “I love you” in the book is revolting, surprising, charming and Sad very Sad,
The game begins, “in this game that we’re playing, we can’t win. Some kinds of failure are better than other kinds, that’s all”
The unpredictability of the events in this book is refreshing.

the first 20-30 pages you’re not there yet, your reading about some grotesque and surreal dystopia that you know is fiction, but when fiction is detailed and simply is another version of the truth, you believe it. Around page 50 it’s as if you are reading about a country that isn’t further than a 1 hour flight!
