Gorgeous and noxious in intermittent fits.

Shocked he didn't notice that the postmodern literary theorists he (rightly) mocks are no worse than the economico-evopsychological models he (wrongly) foists on literature, and on the early development of law.

But highly enjoyable even when fatuous: Posner's a delight to disagree with.
