I told myself I’d stop reading for the night at 25%, then 35, then 45. Now we are here and it’s almost 1am and I can’t stop.

This book is delightful. It’s not happy or uplifting or anything like that. The story is actually devastatingly somber and miserable. But this main character has got some drive behind her, in a town that has never changed. Not in twenty years and not in fifty. I love it!
