I really don't like Michael Slater's use of the word of "experience" in this book unlearning church. I agree the church to needs to be more flexible with how it reaches out to be. But having a "experience" of God is more than a one-time thing it's a daily renewing of the mind relationship with God. Now I'm not always perfect and don't always see it like that but that's the way it should be
