Such a pity, since from the blurb I expected two nerds fighting bad guys. I love nerdy heroes and heroines! But despite the author trying so hard characterizing both protagonists as nerdy engineers - it did not work at all. These two did NOT resemble nerds when they where fleeing from the bad guys. And fighting them, and escaping, and miraculously being caught again and so on. BAD!!!

I hate to say this, but this story was terribly bad. People acted unreal or stupid or the mix of those two. I am lucky that I am usually by myself when I listen to audiobooks - no fellow train passengers to scare when I give my unrestrained opinion - loudly - when the most ridiculous things happen.

Too much dragging into the past for my taste, but what would one expect from a second chance romance, even if it is supposed to have suspense as well.
