The chapter about graphs was way over my head, the pseudocode wasn't very helpful. The pattern matching chapter, in the other hand, was great, loved it and I was able to solve many of the proposed problems.

Finished the D&Q chapter. Was good to go over merge sort again, and see how the D&Q style/logic is applied in bioinformatics.
