Bransonville is a town that has rejected the caste system, rejected the laws of segregation passed down by the Triumvirate, and is led by a still-current Sentinel with a half-norm daughter and a norm lover she has to keep secret. And for all of that, the Triumvirate seek to destroy it. I don’t see Firedragon standing for that.

I’ve reached it. The Firedragon Strikes. I am devouring this book. I love Aurelia so much! I did have to stop listening to my music though, but it doesn’t matter. This story, these words, are life itself.

Not only is this book beyond amazing, but as I’m reading it, I’m listening to my Two Steps From Hell radio on Pandora through my EarPods and it makes it a completely immersive experience. The song that came on during this chapter is Manifest from Audiomachine’s Ascendance album. The music fits this chapter so very perfectly.
