Something else I am struggling with this book: how frequently Fictionalised Hillary mentions that she is smart but not beautiful. There’s a lot of “not like the other girls” happening in this narrative.

I’ve been trying to give this the benefit of the doubt but I find the scenes between Hillary and Bill are difficult to get through! It would be bad enough between a fictional couple, but fictionalised versions of a real couple makes it somehow worse.
